Bridging The Gap Between Numbers & People.

After spending a decade navigating the complexities of corporate finance, our founder, Amit Dixit, realized a critical flaw in the business world: brilliant minds were being held back by a lack of financial literacy.

Entrepreneurs couldn't read their own balance sheets. Managers were afraid of P&L meetings. Individuals were leaving their wealth creation purely to chance.

"I saw professionals drowning in jargon. Finance was being taught as if everyone needed to be an accountant. That's when Dixit Training was born," says Amit. "We stripped away the fluff and designed curriculums focused purely on application and understanding."

2012

The Vision Begins

Dixit Training is founded in Kothrud, Pune with a single classroom and a mission to teach non-finance managers the basics of P&L.

2016

The 1,000th Student

A major milestone. We crossed 1,000 successful alumni and expanded our offline programs to include Personal Budgeting and Wealth Management.

2020

The Digital Leap

Adapting to the world, we launched our highly anticipated hybrid and online courses, taking our unique teaching methodology global.

2024
